The Lighthouse Grill at Stump Pass, Englewood Florida
Found your place from Let's eat Englewood event! My lady friends and I came for lunch. Looks great! Our server Dillion was awesome. Good young man with a great sense of humor. I will be here often! Thank you
The Lighthouse Grill at Stump Pass was such a great experience! We had just arrived in the area for vacation and decided to find a local restaurant to eat at. We followed the GPS and thought we had taken a wrong turn when we came up on the marina. We arrived at around sunset and when we walked up and saw the scenery we fell in love with the place. Food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful..we give it 5 stars! Will definitely visit again when we are in the area.
The food is excellent but the personnel is the best! Especially the bartenders. Dave, Cody & Amy. The music is a must and now they have added Marty Moss to their line up. Yay! The view is the cherry on top. Probably our most favorite place to hangout.
The food and drinks were amazing. A nice breeze that made the day very enjoyable. And the entertainment was awesome. Thank you Paul Roush.
What a beautiful fun place to sit and relax with friends and get great food.
Been here a few times while visiting parents and I love it. The view and the food are great, best Ruben around. Will be one of our top places when we move down here in 3/5 years.
Just wanted to write a quick note saying how much our members enjoyed the event at Lighthouse Grill last night! I know you worked really hard on putting it together and it totally showed! I have received so many positive compliments and just wanted to say we couldn’t have asked for a better night! The servers/hosts/all the staff had were very friendly and welcoming! The drink/food service was also on point…a lot of the time members get impatient having to wait for the food to be refilled and I definitely didn’t see any of that last night. Everything also tasted delicious! If you check out our facebook page at facebook.com/freedomboatclubswfl, we posted some pictures of the evening. Thank you again for being so easy to work with and making this happen! Hopefully we can come back again sometime soon!

We loved this place. First we were pleasantly surprised to read on their website that they welcomed dogs there. That was so nice. Thanks to the owners for offering that. The view of the water was excellent and the dock of the marina was an awesome place to catch the sunset. They also have cute little chairs you can set by the water to enjoy the water view even after your meal. The natural cut fries were GREAT and the angus burger was perfectly cooked. Service was fast and friendly. We will most definitely return. I really want to try the chocolate cake dessert.
This is the real deal... The views are beautiful. The staff is young, willing to help. The bar is big, and actually well staffed. Food is good, as expected for this venue! Highly suggest especially is you want a touch of "old Florida"...
Brought my hubby for a Fathers Day lunch. We had smoked salmon and pulled pork, both were delicious!!! Homemade chips and the smoked salmon were amazing!! Great waterfront dining, staff was fantastic! Can't wait to come back
We stopped here for dinner while boating with friends. We were seated promptly, and at our friend's request our waitress quickly brought ice water for all five of us. (It was a hot day!) Four of us ordered the Angus burgers, and my daughter ordered chicken fingers. My husband and I agreed that the burger was the best we'd ever had! The chicken fingers with honey mustard were delicious too! No issues with getting refills either! The scenery is beautiful too! I highly suggest a burger and fries as the fries were scrumptious too. It was a little pricey, but honestly, $11.50 for that burger was okay once we tasted it!
This restaurant is my wife’s favorite for dining on the water. You can get there by boat or car, it is a very picturesque setting on the Intercostal Waterway, opposite Stump Pass. It has a great menu, and I am a sucker for fish and chips done right, and this place does it right. However, I requested the remoulade (awesome) instead of the tartar sauce. We were waited on immediately, the meals came as ordered and were delicious, and the bill was right
If you went to Stump Pass Tiki Bar at the end of Maryland St off of Placida Rd. on a previous visit to Englewood, you will be pleasantly surprised. They now have a full bar, much improved menu and updated decor. We had the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizers (4 per order) and they were amazing. My Penn State cheering friends were thrilled that The Lighthouse Grill serves Penn State Creamery Ice Cream!
Our first visit to the newly reopened venue. Very impressed with the changes to the place, looks great. Had some excellent drinks and it's always the best spot for dolphin watching!
Enjoying this restaurant during July is the best!! Friendly customers, friendly pets and the best "French Dip" sandwich I've EVER had!!! Only way to have a drink or 2 in the rain,,,, birds to watch, fish jumping, dolphins breaking the waves,,,, what more can u ask for!!! (excellent waitress,,,, !! Thank you.....)
Attended the restaurant with family. Great location. It looks like a huge tiki bar open on all sides. Food was excellent and prices very reasonable. $180 for a group of 6 with beers and cocktails too. Staff were very friendly as you would expect in the US. To top our visit there was an almighty thunderstorm passing through
It was busy but not overflowing and that is good sign this time of the year. My vote goes for the best Reuben in the area. Juicy meat and good kraut. They had a beer list and that is the first one we have seen all week of travels with our first. We liked it and so did our guest, the view is great
Very pleasant, charming waterfront view Nice servers Food was very good wings were huge, burgers satisfying
